Thank you for shopping at Manty Digital Art. All of our products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Why No Refunds?

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned. Unlike physical goods, digital files are easily duplicated, and therefore, we cannot offer refunds to protect the integrity of our digital art and prevent unauthorized distribution.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

• If you were charged in error

• If the product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., file not received, corrupted file)

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] with your order number and a description of the issue.
